Delete your VolleyballTV account

1. Open Manage account and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Delete my account in the account security section.
3. Enter your current password, select the confirmation checkbox and press the delete button. Wait for the deletion confirmation.

Forgot your password? Use Forgot password with your username and recovery code first. Email recovery is not available. If you have lost both your password and recovery code, this self-service deletion route cannot verify your identity.

Your account, password and recovery-code hashes, account team follows, saved videos and programme reminders are removed from the active database. Account sessions and their linked notification subscriptions and delivery records are deleted too.

This cannot be undone. Deleting the app or signing out does not delete your account.

Guest lists and language preferences stored on each device or browser are separate from your account. Remove guest entries from My lists. Device reminders can be disabled in My reminders. Account deletion does not clear data on every device you have used.

Existing backups are not erased immediately when an account is deleted. Backup rotation keeps the latest 14 verified backups and only removes older backups after 30 days; integrity failures can postpone removal. There is currently no guaranteed maximum retention period for every backup.

Aggregated daily usage counts are not linked to your account. Service access logs and third-party provider records are separate from the account database and are not erased by the account-delete button.
