Terms of Use

1What the service is

• VolleyballTV is a volleyball broadcast guide: it brings together fixtures, scores, standings and where to watch.
• Live streams and replays are only the rights holders' official broadcasts. Official streams that can be embedded play on the site; for the rest we send you to the broadcaster. The rights in the broadcasts belong to the broadcasters and organisers.

2Account

An account is optional. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for keeping your password secret. You can delete your account at any time in your settings.

3Acceptable use

You may not use the site unlawfully, overload it with automated collection tools or weaken its security. We may restrict access if these rules are broken.

4Intellectual property

The site's design, texts and software are ours. Club, league and competition names and logos are their owners' trademarks and are used only to identify them.

5Accuracy and liability

Match times, scores and standings come from the organisers and may change. We take care over accuracy but are not responsible for broadcasters' services or for sites we link to. Liability that cannot be limited by law is unaffected.

6Rights complaints

If you believe content infringes your rights, write to info@volleyballtv.net; we will review it and reply promptly.

7Changes

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes in advance. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
